Test the ownership case
Ownership should be considered against expected utilisation, route profile, passenger needs, airport performance, capital commitment, operating cost and the alternatives available to the client. A purchase is not automatically justified because private flying is frequent.
Define the aircraft requirement
Range, runway performance, cabin layout, baggage, age, maintenance position, connectivity, operating economics, crew model and future resale all influence the brief. The objective is to narrow the field for reasons that can be explained.
Market review without false certainty
Aircraft markets change and individual assets differ materially. Availability, asking price and headline specifications do not replace records review, physical inspection, maintenance status, title work and independent technical diligence.
Independent specialists matter
Legal counsel, technical inspectors, tax advisers, insurers, escrow providers and registration specialists may all have roles in an acquisition. Azari Aviation coordinates the process but does not substitute for advice that requires those qualifications.
Delivery is part of the transaction
Acceptance, closing documentation, insurance, registration, crew, management arrangements, maintenance planning, hangarage and entry into service need to be sequenced. A signed purchase agreement is not the end of the ownership transition.
