The brief comes before the quote
A meaningful charter request includes passenger numbers, dates, routing, preferred airports, baggage, pets or special equipment where relevant, schedule flexibility and any privacy or ground-handling requirements. The better the brief, the more useful the aircraft comparison.
Aircraft suitability is practical
Cabin size is only one consideration. Runway performance, range with payload, baggage capacity, airport operating hours, fuel stops, positioning and seasonal conditions can materially change whether an aircraft is appropriate.
Know who operates the flight
The selected licensed operator is responsible for the aircraft, crew and conduct of the flight. Azari Aviation coordinates the request and information flow but does not hide that operator relationship behind the Azari brand.
Commercial terms need to be read
Charter pricing can include positioning, taxes, de-icing, catering, ground handling, overnight costs and other variables. Cancellation, schedule change and aircraft substitution terms also matter. We want the commercial basis to be understandable before confirmation.
When plans change
Weather, technical matters, crew limitations and airport restrictions can alter a movement. Coordination should focus on timely information, available alternatives and the consequences of each option, not unrealistic promises that disruption can never happen.
