Owner services

Management works when information reaches the right decision-maker early.

Our management approach focuses on responsibility, reporting, forward planning and escalation. It is intended to help owners understand the operating system around an aircraft rather than only the visible service experience.

01

Authority first

Operational control, technical authority, expenditure approval and owner instructions should not be confused. We favour written responsibility maps that show where each decision sits.

02

Forward view

Maintenance events, insurance renewals, training, contract dates and material budget items can be planned. A forward calendar reduces avoidable urgency and gives the owner time to challenge or approve.

03

Exception reporting

Not every routine event requires owner attention. The management process should identify exceptions that matter, including significant cost variance, safety issues, repeated defects, service failures or material availability changes.

04

Provider review

Service providers should be assessed against scope, performance, responsiveness, transparency and fit for the aircraft. Loyalty to a provider should not replace periodic review.

05

Records that survive personnel changes

An aircraft should not become operationally opaque because one manager or crew member leaves. Important records, approvals and service history need an orderly home.
