Multiple versions of an itinerary create avoidable risk. We favour a single current movement record that reflects the latest confirmed times, airports, operator and relevant handling information.
Passenger information handled carefully
Identification details, contact information and travel preferences can be sensitive. Only information needed for the movement should be shared with the parties that need it, subject to applicable legal requirements.
Airports and handling
Airport operating hours, slots, permits, ground handling, parking and local restrictions can affect a movement. The operator and its handling network remain responsible for the operational arrangements, while coordination keeps the client informed.
Change control
When something changes, the important questions are what changed, why, what options exist, what decision is required and whether cost or timing changes. Clear change communication is part of the service.
Arrival is not always the end
For complex movements, onward ground transport, hotel timing or a connected itinerary may matter. Where another Azari business or third party is involved, handover should be explicit rather than assumed.
