The contracting chain and actual operating carrier can differ. We seek to identify the licensed operator proposed for the movement and avoid presenting an aircraft image or broker relationship as a substitute for that information.
Review relevant information
Depending on the engagement, information may include operating authority, insurance evidence, aircraft details, crew information, safety or audit information, maintenance status and restrictions disclosed by the operator or intermediary.
Understand limitations
No desktop review guarantees the future conduct of a flight or replaces the operator’s safety management and regulatory oversight. Due diligence supports a decision; it does not create an absolute warranty.
Recheck material substitutions
If the operator or aircraft changes after confirmation, the change may be material. The client should be told and given the information needed to consider the revised arrangement.
Keep commercial pressure separate
Availability or a favourable price should not cause operator identity and responsibility to disappear from the decision.
