Licensed operator
The licensed operator performing a flight is responsible for operational control, crew, airworthiness and safe conduct of the flight.
Azari Aviation role
Azari Aviation may coordinate a client requirement, obtain information and support operator review, but that does not make it the operator or transfer the operator’s safety responsibilities.
Changes
Aircraft or operator substitutions, technical events, weather and airport constraints can change the basis of a proposed movement. Material changes should be communicated when known.
No absolute warranty
No due-diligence process can guarantee the future safe conduct of aviation activity. Safety decisions remain subject to the operator, applicable regulation and current operating conditions.
