Separate parties
Charter flights coordinated by Azari Aviation may be performed by independent licensed aircraft operators. Those operators are separate parties with their own regulatory approvals, aircraft, crew, insurance and operating responsibilities.
Identification
The proposed operator should be identified during the booking process where applicable. Material substitutions should be communicated when known.
Operator terms
The operator or intermediary may impose terms concerning cancellation, substitution, baggage, pets, dangerous goods, passenger conduct, schedule and other operational matters.
Azari role
Azari Aviation’s role is to coordinate the client requirement and relevant information within the agreed scope. It does not become the operator by arranging or advising on a flight.
